We make every effort to offer the best quality items and that you will cherish forever, but we understand that sometimes this just isn’t the case. You can return your products within 7 days from the date of delivery.
You can claim an exchange or refund by writing us at info@babyroc.me.
We will look into it and either replace the product or refund the amount, whichever is preferred.
The items will be accepted for refund or exchange when received back in good condition, in the original packaging, with original tags and they had not been worn or washed. All returns will be examined upon receipt (this is determined at our sole discretion).
Any products that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender.
All shipping costs are nonrefundable, hence, will not be calculated in the refund amount. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We can arrange for our courier to collect the return package for AED 30.00 which will be deducted from your refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept an exchange or refund after 7 days of you receiving you purchase.
The refund will be processed between 5 to 7 working days.
We do not offer refunds on personalized items.
Cancellation Policy
If you’d like to cancel your order, kindly send us an e-mail at info@babyroc.me for any cancellation requests. You can cancel your order within 24 hours or before the order has been dispatched.
A refund will be made based on your original mode of payment.
The refund will be processed between 5 to 7 working days.
Changes in your order information
In the event that you have entered incorrect personal details, kindly contact us at info@babyroc.me and we will assist you with the amended details.
How to return your items
Register your return within seven days of receiving your order. You can do this by emailing us at info@babyroc.me with the subject title as return, your order number, the reason for your return, and the product you would like to return.
We will forward you our delivery address for the item to be shipped to and the following steps.
Once we have received the returned item you will receive a confirmation email.
Returns will be handled within seven working days from receiving the return. When your return is accepted, a refund will be issued.

Refunds
Refunds are calculated from the date the return is approved. As paid by creditcard, the process can be within 10 to 30 days depending on the issuing bank of the card.
